📅 Contract: 3-months, 20 hrs/week

💼 Level:  3-5+ years research experience (qual and/or mixed-methods)

📋 Status: Independent Contractor based in the US or Canada

💰 Pay rate: $60-75/hr.

💡 About the role

Our client — a SaaS research platform — is looking for a research contractor to support a rising volume of managed services projects. This is a behind-the-scenes role — not customer-facing on calls — working closely with the client's internal team over Slack, with some email communication with customers. Same-day/next-day guide and screener requests are common, so responsiveness matters.

⚙️ What you'll do

- Guide and screener programming for AI-moderated studies — revisions, comments, and questions

- A mix of market research and UX-focused work

- Frequent day-to-day communication with the client's team over Slack

✅ Must have

- 3-5+ years of research experience (qualitative and/or mixed-methods)

- Very strong attention to detail — precise, thorough, reliable

- Strong, proactive communicator — comfortable with light oversight and hitting deadlines

- Quick to learn a new platform (training provided)

⭐ Nice to have

- Familiarity with AI moderation as a research methodology

- Extensive background in unmoderated research

- Direct experience with AI-moderated research platforms (preferred, but not required)
