The UX Researchers’ Guild is a community for UX researchers and leaders working in the U.S. and Canada. We’re on a mission to identify talented research professionals and help them find work through the Guild. We are working to establish the Guild as a premier research agency and staff augmentation provider.
The Guild is a remote-working organization composed of independent contractors. As an independent contractor, you set your schedule and can work other jobs alongside your role with the Guild as long as you meet your responsibilities. Our team members work part-time, and our positions are 100% remote. Some team members are volunteers; others are paid. Team members are not employees, do not receive a salary, health insurance, unemployment, workers’ compensation, or other benefits, and do not have taxes withheld. Your compensation can be supplemented by profit from insights and UX leaders you invite to the Guild.
